Sometimes a glittering career hides many of the most tragic stories. Lolo Jones, who won both USA championships and the World championships in the event of hurdles, was able to achieve her position with a lot struggle as well as a lot of patience. Jones was the only child of a five-child family as well as grew up in a very poor environment. Her mother lived on the roads and inside the basement of a church in the area in the past. Jones had to attend an entirely new high school every year due to her nomadic background. Jones was the winner of the NCAA Indoor Hurdles competition in 2003 as well as in 2004. Jones began her track and field career in the year 2005, when she graduated from university. Jones took home the Torino Memorial in 2005, and also Ostrava and Heusden tracks events the following year.

In the July 2023 Netflix adult-oriented comedy Captain Fall, Brandt stars opposite Jason Ritter Anthony Carrigan Chris Meloni. Lesley Ann Brandt was born 2nd December in Cape Town, South Africa. She is a highly skilled New Zealand actor. Lesley Brandt along with the other members of her family moved to Auckland New Zealand, in 1999. After a few years of being employed in the retail industry, she was promoted to an IT consultant. Lesley's career began with a handful of modeling projects. She then appeared in countless commercial advertisements. She graduated in 2008 and finished her studies in acting. Then, in 2009 she began her training again by using the Meisner approach to study. Lesley's first big role on screen in New Zealand was as a TV actor on Diplomatic Immunity. Lesley Brandt was a guest supporting actress on New Zealand's television show Shortland Street. Then she appeared on a science-fiction drama arrangement This Is Not My Life in which the story was based on the fictional city of Waimoana. Lesley Brandt was cast in the Television series Spartacus: Blood and Sand as Naevia who was a teenager hostage, and was later featured on the Spartacus: Gods of the Arena miniseries.
